    Eaton I. Yen, DO, is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He earned his B.S. degree in Biology and Psychology from The City College of the City University of New York, NY,  and his doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University, College of Osteopathic Medicine, Ft Lauderdale, FL.  

    Dr. Yen completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Johns Hopkins University,  Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Baltimore MD, where he also served as chief resident.  Dr. Yen completed his interventional  pain management fellowship at Harvard Medical School,  Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston,  MA.
